Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on batanapro.com by a consumer. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Seller

2. Products

Products are cosmetic hair-care products described on each product page, with their full ingredient list. Photos are as faithful as possible but are not contractual. Products are for external use only; do a patch test before first use.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before payment. Quantity discounts and the price of sets are applied automatically in the cart. A promotion code applies once per order.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Accepted methods include cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Delivery

See Delivery for countries, times and costs. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the products.

6. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, under the conditions set out in Returns, which also describes our 90-day money-back guarantee.

7. Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

8. Disputes
