We collect as little as we need to deliver your order and, if you ask for it, to send you emails.

What we collect, and why

• Orders: your name, email, delivery address and order details, to deliver your order and meet our accounting obligations. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, never by us.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up, to send the routine guide and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Your cart: stored in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or rent your data.

Who processes it

Stripe Payments Europe (payments) and our delivery carriers (to deliver your parcel). Order data is kept for 10 years for accounting purposes; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
