The 90-day money-back guarantee

Use BatanaPro for up to 90 days after delivery. If you're not happy with the result, email us within those 90 days with your order reference and we'll refund your first order in full, to your original payment method, within 14 days. You don't need to send the products back, even if they're empty.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the products within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, this statutory right only covers products that are still sealed; opened products are covered by the 90-day guarantee instead.

We refund the price paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once the products are back. Return shipping is at your expense.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
