Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on batanapro.com by a consumer. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Seller

batanapro.com is operated by BatanaPro, entrepreneur individuel (EI, French sole trader), registered at 3 rue de l’Arrivée, 75015 Paris, France, SIREN 979 658 135, VAT number FR32979658135. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products

Products are cosmetic hair-care products described on each product page, with their full ingredient list. Photos are as faithful as possible but are not contractual. Products are for external use only; do a patch test before first use.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Visitors in the United States see the shop in US dollars: the same amounts, charged in dollars, with no VAT and the import duties paid by us. Delivery is free with a Subscribe & Save subscription and costs €4.99 ($4.99 in the US shop) on a one-time purchase; it is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. The price of each 28-day subscription option and each one-time pack is shown before it is added to the cart. A promotion code applies once per order.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Accepted methods include cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The Batana Cream subscription renews every 28 days at the price shown for the selected option: 1 jar, 2 jars or 3 jars. Every option includes a free ebook (a download link sent with the first order). The first delivery is paid when you order. Every 28 days after that, the same amount is charged automatically to the same payment method and the selected pack is shipped with free tracked delivery. You may pause or cancel at any time through your customer portal or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation applies before the next charge. If a renewal payment fails, we email you a secure link to complete it, and that delivery ships once it is paid.

5. Delivery

See Delivery for countries, times and costs. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the products.

6. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, under the conditions set out in Returns.

In addition, your first order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee (a commercial guarantee). It can only be requested by email to [email protected] once 60 days have passed since delivery. The products from the order, including opened or empty bottles and jars, must then be sent back to us by parcel, at your expense, to the return address we give you; we refund the order in full within 14 days of receiving them. 7. Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

8. Disputes
