The 60-day money-back guarantee

Give BatanaPro the time hair needs: use it for 60 days. If you're not happy with the result, you can then ask for a refund under this guarantee by emailing [email protected] with your order reference. A guarantee request can only be made once 60 days have passed since delivery.

To be refunded, send the products from the order back to us by parcel, including opened or empty bottles and jars, to the return address we give you by email. The cost of the return parcel is yours. Once the products have arrived, we refund your first order in full to your original payment method within 14 days.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order. It comes on top of your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantees described in our terms of sale, and doesn't limit them.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the products within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, this statutory right only covers products that are still sealed; opened products fall under the 60-day guarantee instead, on the conditions above.

For a subscription, the 14 days run from when you receive the first parcel and cover the subscription: if you withdraw, we stop it and nothing more is charged.

We refund the price paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once the products are back. Return shipping is at your expense.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
